📌 All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear will not be accepted.
🏷️ Refund Method
Store Credit
All approved returns are refunded as store credit, which can be used on any future purchase at FashionUSD. Store credit is issued within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item. Store credit does not expire.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged, torn, or with a manufacturing defect.

- 🏷️ Sale items — discounted items, final sale
📸 If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and we will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
❌ Order Cancellations

⏰Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched.

📧To cancel, email us immediately at info@fashionusd.com with your order number and subject line “Order Cancellation”.

🚚Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please follow the return process once your item is delivered.
📦 How to Return

1️⃣Email info@fashionusd.com with your order number and reason for return. Use subject line “Return Request”.

2️⃣Our support team will respond within 2 hours with full return instructions and a return address.

3️⃣Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

4️⃣Ship the item back using the instructions provided by our team.

5️⃣Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued to your account within 5–7 business days.
