All approved refunds at FashionUSD are issued exclusively as store credit. No cash or card refunds are provided. Store credit can be used on any future purchase and never expires.

❌ Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances, unless the item arrives damaged or defective:
- 🔥 Red Hot items — final sale, no refund
- ✨ New In items — final sale, no refund
- 🏷️ Sale items — final sale, no refund
- 📦 Items returned outside the return window
- 👕 Items showing signs of wear or missing tags
- 🚚 Shipping costs — not refundable under any circumstances
📸 If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
